Who is responsible

Trollwick AS, Nøttveitvegen 122, 5238 Rådal, Bergen, Norway, is the controller for the little personal data this site involves. You can reach us at hello@trollwick.com.

When you visit

Cloudflare serves this site. Like any web host, it handles your IP address and the details of your request to deliver the page and keep the service safe. We do not add anything on top, and we do not see who you are.

When you write to us

If you email hello@trollwick.com, we use your address and your message only to answer you. Our mail is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, a Swiss provider, in its own data centres in Switzerland; its data processing agreement binds it to handle our mail only on our instructions. We keep the conversation only as long as it is useful.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).

The app

The Emberlane app has its own privacy page at emberlane.app/privacy.
